Light to moderate rain/ thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.
The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Faridpur while the lowest temperature at 24.0 degrees in Tetulia.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and the lowest was 27.0 degrees.
