Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Chattogram division in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Thursday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymen-singh, Khulna, Barishal and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature in the country on Wednesday was recorded at 36.6 degrees Celsius in Khulna while the lowest temperature at 24.0 degrees in Nikli and Bandarban.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.1 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and the lowest was 26.8 degrees.
