Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at most places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over the country until 6:00 pm today (Thursday), according to the Met office.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The highest temperature in the country on Wednesday was recorded at 33.7 degrees Celsius in Tentulia of Rangpur while the lowest temperature 24.5 degrees Celsius in Tangail.
