Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country until 6:00 pm today (Tuesday), according to the Met office.
Temperature: Day temperature may rise by (1-2)°C and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature in the country on Monday was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius in Rangpur, while the lowest temperature 23.4 degrees Celsius in Khepupara of Bandarban.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 30 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 25.3 degrees.
