Light to moderate rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over the country until 6:00 pm today (Thursday), according to the Met office.
The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Wednesday at 37 degrees Celsius in Dimla of Nilphamari, while the lowest temperature was 24.4 degrees Celsius in Bandarban.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.3 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 28 degrees Celsius.
