Weeklong tree fair begins in Rangamati

RANGAMATI, July 25 (BSS): A weeklong tree plantation campaign and tree fair-2024 was inaugurated on the premises of the Rangamati municipality in the district on Thursday.
On the occasion, a colorful rally was brought out which paraded the important streets and ended coming on the premises of the Rangamati municipality on Thursday.
Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change Dipankar Talukder, MP, inaugurated the fair and tree plantation campaign as the chief guest, organised by District Administration and Forest Department of the district.
On the occasion, a discussion was held with DC Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Khan in the chair.
