Western Union money transfer service launched at BPO branches

Bangladesh Post Office (BPO) launched Western Union money transfer service at its 450 branches across the country Sunday. Special Assistant to Chief Adviser for Ministry of Telecommunication and Post M A Malek along with Country Director of Western Union Ratheesh Kumar inaugurated the launching ceremony, says a press release.
Governor of Bangladesh Bank Saleh Uddin Ahmed, Secretary for Ministry of Telecommunication and Post Iqbal Mahmood, Director General of BPO Mobasherur Rahman and other high officials were present on the occasion. Western Union officials were also present.
