Westin Dhaka to launch 'Unwind' today

Westin Dhaka, country's one of the luxury hotels, will launch a nightly social event titled 'Unwind' today (Thursday) aiming to bring a refreshed mood among the guests for their night time activities.
"The evening ritual brings energy to the public space (lobby lounge, bar or terrace) so that our guests can enjoy Bangladeshi lifestyle trends," a media release of the hotel said.
The statement said the new programme will transform each lobby into a gathering spot, encouraging guests to socialise and help reduce the loneliness of the travellers.
The month-long programme includes block and brush painting jointly organised with Banglar Mela, a local craft shop.
Each of the guests will be encouraged by the host to participate in the process of designing a piece of block for him/her with the design, colour and materials.
"An ambience will be created through lighting, traditional music, brush materials and displaying of final products," said San Amalan, the general manager of the hotel.
