Woman found dead in Keraniganj

Police recovered the body of an unidentified young woman from inside a plastic drum at Kadampur in Keraniganj upazila of Dhaka District on Thursday. Police said locals spotted the drum lying beside the Dhaka-Mawa highway in the area in and informed police. Later, police recovered the body, aged about 30, at about 11:45 am and sent it to Mitford Hospital morgue for an autopsy. Lal Miah, Sub-inspector of Keraniganj Model Police Station confirmed the incident, according to a news agency.
