Woman hit by train dies in city

An unidentified woman was killed when hit by a train in city's Moghbazar area on Saturday, reports UNB.
Quoting witnesses, Inspector Bachhu Mia, in-charge of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital police camp, said the train hit the woman, aged about 39, while crossing the Hatirjheel-Moghbazar level crossing at around 09:00 am, leaving her injured.
Later, she was taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries at around 11:00 am.
The body was kept at the hospital morgue, said Bachhu Mia.
