Woman killed in Madaripur road accident

MADARIPUR, May 25 (BSS): A woman was killed in a road accident in Raintreetala area on Maizepara-Pathuriarpar road under Kalkini upazila of the district this noon.
The deceased Marium Begum, 45, was wife of Saidul of Maizepara village of the upazila.
Police said the accident occurred when a locally made vehicle hit Marium in the area while she was crossing the road. She died on the spot.
