Women\\\'s Beach Kabaddi begins in Cox\\\'s Bazar today

The Marcel Television First Open Women's Beach Kabaddi Tournament will begin today (Friday) at Laboni point of Cox's Bazar sea beach, reports UNB.
Deputy Commissioner of Cox's Bazar M Ali Hossain will inaugurate the two-day meet as the chief guest while Additional Director of Marcel (marketing) Motiur Rahman will also be present at the function.
Four teams-Azad Sporting Club, Jurain Janata Club, Institute of Kabaddi (Dhaka) and Cox's Bazar DSA-will compete in the two-day meet organised by Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation.
Top team of the four-team fray will be the champions after straight robin league basis competition.
The champion team will receive prize money of Tk 20,000, runners-up team will get Tk 10,000. Besides, all the four participating teams will get appearance money of Tk 10,000 each.
