Work on new well starts at Habiganj field

HABIGANJ, Aug 20: Work for digging a new well at Habiganj gas field of Shahjibazar started Monday expecting to produce 25 million cft gas from it daily. Petro Bangla Chairman Sheikh Abdur Rashid opened the digging work of well no. 11 at about 11:00 am. Official sources said the work would continue for 100 days for digging to a depth of about 3,150 feet. — UNB
