Workout for healthy living

It is indeed good to notice that Dhaka city dwellers are becoming increasingly conscious about health as I see the health clubs are overflowing.  Women are also not lagging much behind in this respect. As winter is on, we see people playing badminton on every empty space. Due to time constraints, many of us stay away from the much needed physical activities. Traffic jam takes away a good chunk of our time. But that should not be an excuse, because  'where there is a will there is a way'. We must take some time out from our daily schedule and devote it to 30 minutes of physical activities.
Regular workouts and physical activities can save us from many ailments like diabetes, high blood pressure etc. and reduce stress, increase mental alertness and will also help us to keep our weight to reasonable limits. Being a member of a gym is also a good idea and I believe it is the best investment we can ever make. Joining a gym will make us conscious about our health requirements. We must bring about a positive change in our life by taking to regular physical workouts and stop being a couch potato and ruin our health.
