Workshop on BD water resources assessment Wednesday

A workshop on Research with CSIRO Australia on Bangladesh Integrated Water Resources Assessment will be held at Brac Centre Inn in the capital on Wednesday. Water Resources Minister Anisul Islam Mahmud will be present at the workshop as the chief guest while State Minister for Water Resources Muhammad Nazrul Islam as the guest of honour. Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) in association with Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Australia will organise the workshop. CSIRO water expert Dr Mac Kirby will present the findings of a study conducted on water hotchpotch of Bangladesh at the workshop, according to a news agency.
