Workshop on British Academy Writing ends at IUB

The closing ceremony of the workshop on British Academy Writing was held at the Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) in the city recently, says a press release.
The two-day programme was organised by the Department of Law of IUB in association with Birmingham Law School of University of Birmingham, British Academy and South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (SAILS).
Professor of Birmingham Law School of University of Birmingham Fiona De Londras was the keynote speaker of the closing ceremony.
Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Chairperson of SAILS Dr. Kamal Hossain, Vice Chancellor of IUB Professor M Omar Rahman, Chairman of Board of Trustees of Chittagong Independent University (CIU) Mr Towhid Samad also spoke on the occasion.
