Workshop on e-Learning held at BOU

GAZIPUR, Apr 9: A day-long workshop on Progress and Future Development of e-Learning was held at the seminar hall of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) Thursday.
Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr. M. A Mannan was present as the chief guest in the workshop.  
The speakers in the workshop discussed on the progress of establishment of e-Learning Centre and its future plan.
Dr. Yong Shik Kim, the education specialist of KOICA presented the keynote paper in the workshop.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mannan expressed his satisfaction that the e-Learning centre of BOU can take the leadership in the higher education in our country.
BOU will take all steps through education ministry and University Grants Commission to work as a focal point on e-Learning in the university of our country.
Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khondoder Mokaddem Hossain, Treasurer Prof. Dr. Md. Abu Taher, Deans of schools, Joint Director training and Joint Director information were also present in the workshop.
