Workshop on lobster production begins in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, May 13: A three-day training workshop on 'Golda Lobster Production & Nursing' began at Fish Seed Multiplication conference room in Gopalganj today (Wednesday).
Fish Seed Production Farm Gopalganj under fresh water Golda Hatchery Extension Project (Phase-2), Matshya Bhaban, Dhaka, organised the programme.
Md. Shamim Haider, District Fisheries Officer (DFO), Gopalganj inaugurated the training as the chief guest. Over 50 Golda Lobster farmers under Gopalganj Sadar Upazila were attended the training workshop.
Among others, Md. Belal Hossain Patoari, Assistant Director, District Fisheries Office, Gopalganj, Md. Latifur Rahman Khan, Manager, Fish Seed Production Farm, Gopalganj and Sudipa Biswas, Assistant, Hatchery Officer, Gopaglganj spoke on the occasion.
