The five-day training workshop on 'Education News Reporting' begins at the city's British Council (BC) auditorium at 9:30 am today.
BC has designed the course for young journalists of print and electronic media, the university reporters in particular, to help them explore the theory and practice of news reporting and attain greater expertise in the art of writing, editing and evaluating texts.
Peter Arthur of Thomson Foundation UK will conduct the workshop.
