World Food Day today

The World Food Day will be observed in the country today (Tuesday) with an emphasis on forging a technology based sustainable agriculture system, reports BSS.
The day will be observed globally with a view to tackling the poverty and hunger in line with a call for increased action to achieve Zero Hunger by 2030 set by the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations and 130 other countries across the world.
