World Rotary leader Garcia in city

World Rotary leader, past district Governor of Philippines Rotary Rafael M Garcia arrived in the city Friday. He will be keynote speaker in rotary district assembly, which will be held at the Raowa auditorium in the city today (Saturday). Industrialist Rafael is the chairman of multinational company Mega Group of Computer Companies, with offices in the US, Shanghai, Buenos Aires, Singapore and Germany, active in the Middle East, South America, Australia and in the Eastern Block countries.
He was a vice convenor for the 2013 Taipei Institute, a training leader for the 2014 International Assembly, EMGA for Zone 7a for 2013-2015, and a GETS Training Leader at the 2014 Kota Kinabalu Institute, said a press release.
