World TB Day observed in Panchagarh

PANCHAGARH, Mar 24 (BSS): World Tuberculosis (TB) Day was observed in the district town today to create awareness about the disease.
The main theme of the day was "to reach the TB service to the doorstep of people".
In observance of the day, a procession was brought out from the Civil Surgeon office premises and paraded through the main streets in the town.
District Health Department and the Leprosy Mission International jointly organised programme.
A discussion was also held in the auditorium of Civil Surgeon Office with Civil Surgeon Dr Mozammel Haque in the chair.
