World Water Day today

The World Water Day is set to be celebrated in Bangladesh today (Wednesday), reports UNB.
WaterAid Bangladesh, in association with HSBC Bangladesh and Sajida Foundation, will celebrate the day at T&T Adarsha Girls' High School, Warless Gate, Mohakhali, Dhaka at 9:30 am on Wednesday.
Francois de Maricourt, CEO of HSBC Bangladesh, Imrul Kayes Muniruzzaman, Ph.D., Director, Fundraising & Learning, WaterAid Bangladesh, Zahida Fizza Kabir, Executive Director, Sajida Foundation, Abdullah Al Jubayer, Manager Corporate Sustainability, HSBC Limited, and others will be present on the occasion.
The programme will witness the inauguration of a unique initiative for the school's students - the knowledge corner 'Human value based Water, sanitation and Hygiene education' - prize distribution as well as the handover ceremony, among other activities.
