Writ seeks health test of sacrificial animals in city

A writ petition has been filed with the High Court seeking its directives on the government to appoint veterinary doctors for all cattle markets in the capital this year to examine health of the sacrificial animals. Advocate Manzill Murshid filed the writ petition with the HC on Monday on behalf of Human Rights and Peace for Bangladesh, according to a news agency.
