Yaba seized: Three held

Police recovered 500 pieces of Yaba tablet in Sharsha Upazila in Jessore district on Thursday night. Three people were arrested in this connection. They are Fatema, wife of Habibar Rahman Habi, Jahangir, son of Abdul Gaffar, and Rafiqul, son of Mafizur Rahman. They hail from Namaz village of Benapole union of Sharsha Upazila. A team of police raided on a house in Nabharan College area at night and arrested the trio. Police also seized 500 pieces of the highly amphetamine tablets from the house, according to a news agency.
