Young man shot dead in Chuadanga

Miscreants shot a young man to death at Boalmari village at Damurhuda upazila in Chuadanga early Monday. Local farmers found the body of the man, aged around 30, at Sadarpur field at the village around 10:00am and informed police. The law enforcers recovered bullet-hit body of the unidentified man and sent it to a hospital for autopsy in the afternoon. Officer-in-charge of Damurhuda Police Station Ahsan Habib said they could not confirm the identity of the body adding that police started investigation to find out the killers. One Robjel Mandal of the area said he had heard a gunshot around 2:30am, according to UNB.
