Youth crushed under bus in city

A youth was crushed under a bus at Boro Moghbazar in Ramna area in the city on Sunday night. The deceased identified as Hridoy, a resident of Outer Circular Road at Boro Moghbazar, used to work at an automobile workshop at Moghbazar. Witnesses said Hridoy was returning from his workplace to his residence around 8:00pm. When he reached in front of Bishal Centre adjacent to Wireless Rail Crossing, a speedy ran him over, leaving him critically injured. Locals rushed him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around 10:00 pm, according to UNB.
