Youth dies falling from tree in Jessore

A teen-aged boy died falling from a tree at Churmonkati village in Jessore Sadar Upazila on Sunday night. The deceased was identified as Masud Rana, 16, resident of the village. The victim's father Ibrahim Hossain said Masud fell from a tree beside his house around 2:00pm. He was critically injured in the incident. Later, he was taken to Jessore 250-bed General Hospital where he succumbed to the injuries around 9:00pm, according to UNB.
