Youth dies in city train mishap

A private university student was killed in a train accident at Uttara in the city Saturday. The deceased was identified as SM Aminul Islam, 22, an honours student of Computer Science and Engineering Department of South Asia University. "Aminul was crushed under the wheels of a Dhaka-bound train coming from Rajshahi at Courtbari rail gate of Uttara around 1.15 pm while he was crossing the rail line talking over mobile phone," assistant sub inspector Abdul Aziz of Dakhhinkhan Police Station said. — BSS
