Youth held with bombs in Jessore

Police in a drive arrested a young man along with five crude bombs from in front of Livestock Hospital in Raypara upazila of Jessore. The arrestee was identified as Mahmudul Hasan alias Tera Babu, son of Abul Hossain, a resident of Pulerhat Krisnabati village of Shahartoli union. Jamal Uddin, sub-inspector of Cacra police station, said on secret information, police conducted a drive and arrested Mahmudul, while his associates managed to get away. Police seized five crude bombs from Mahmudul Hasan’s possession. A case was filed in this connection, according to UNB.
