Youth held with pistol in Natore

Police arrested a young man along with a pistol and a magazine from Chakpara village in Naldanga Upazila of Natore district on early Wednesday. The arrestee was identified as Shahin Firoze Rony, son of Anwar Hossain of the village. Tipped off, a team of police launched a raid on the house of Rony around 3.00am and arrested him along with a foreign-made pistol and a magazine, said Aslam Uddin, officer-in-charge of Naldanga police station. A case was filed against Rony in this connection, according to UNB.
