Youth Hockey Spain crush Bangladesh

Bangladesh Youth Hockey team made a dismal start in their first Pool A match of the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games, as they were crushed by Spain by 9-1 goal at Sports Park Hockey Field in Nanjing, China Sunday, reports UNB.
In the day's match, Parrilla Suarez Pol scored three field goals while Gonzalez de Castejon Veli E M and Bordas I Fabregas Manuel scored two field goals each for Spain. Tarres Fortuny Joan and Garcia Alcalde Lucas scored one field goal each for the winners which led the first half 5-0.
Skipper Rezaul Karim Babu scored the consolation field goal for Bangladesh in the 36th minute.
In the remaining poll matches, Bangladesh will play Australia today (Monday), Canada tomorrow (Tuesday) and South Africa Wednesday next.
