Youth hockey team gets warm reception

The Bangladesh U-21 youth hockey team was accorded warm reception on Thursday for qualifying in FIH Hockey Junior World Cup for the first time, reports BSS.
After returning home from Oman on Thursday morning, the players and coaching staffs of the hockey team were taken to BAF Falcon Hall where the Bangladesh Hockey Federation accorded reception to the youth hockey team.
BHF president and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan and other officials of federation present in the reception ceremony.
The BHF officials also took part a photo session with the players and handed over cash award of Taka 0.5 million (five lakh) to youth hockey team.
