Police have recovered the body of a poultry trader from Dhaka’s Mirpur. ‘Sohel’, 18, was found dead on Sunday at the foot of a multi-storey Mirpur-10 City Corporation Market, Pallabi police station’s Sub-Inspector Munira Akter said. He had a poultry shop at the market, she said. ‘He apparently died after falling from the top of the nine-storey building. We are investigating whether this is a case of suicide or murder,’ the police officer said. However, locals claimed that someone pushed Sohel from the top of the building early Sunday. It has been assumed that the incident took place centering drugs taking. Police recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy, according to a news agency.
