Youth killed over land dispute

KUSHTIA, Dec 5 (UNB): A youth was killed, allegedly by his uncle and cousins and five other people were injured in a clash between two groups over land at Ranakhoria village in Mirpur upazila on Sunday.
Locals said there was a dispute between two siblings- Habil Sardar and Badal Sardar - over a piece of land.
In sequel to the dispute Habil Sardar and his two sons - Shamim and Selim - swooped on Badal and his supporters triggering a clash between the two groups.
The injured were rushed to Kushtia General Hospital.
