Youth stabbed to death by robbers in Bhola

BHOLA, May 24 (UNB): A young man was stabbed to death and five others were injured by robbers during a robbery incident at South Fashion village in Char Fashion upazila early Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Jakir (30), a resident of the area.
Locals said a group of robbers, numbering 20/25, swooped on the houses of Shahid Gazi and Main Gazi, two siblings, and kept the house inmates hostage at gunpoint at about 12:30 am.
Later the robbers looted valuables from the two houses. Hearing scream of the house inmates, locals rushed to the spot and tried to catch them.
