Youth\\\'s body recovered in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, May 27: Gopalganj Thana Police recovered body of a youth from a paddy field at Amuria under Gopalganj Sadar Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Mezbah Chowdhury (22), a student of BA, Bangabandhu University College and son of Zafor Chowdhury of village Amuria under Gopalganj Sadar Upazila.
Local people and thana police said, Mezbah might have been killed over a land dispute. It may be mentioned that a long time enmity was going on between Akbar Sikder and Zafor Chowdhury over land dispute.
On the night Mezbha went to Gopalganj city but did no come back.
Next day when a group of farmers went to their field at Amuria they found a deadbody lying there. They informed local thana police who recovered the deadbody and sent it to Gopalganj Sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.
