Youths’ rendezvous to learn about career in Japan

Muhaiminul Islam | Thursday, 4 July 2019

Prominent American writer and novelist Pearl S Buck said, "The young do not know enough to be prudent, and therefore they attempt the impossible, and achieve it, generation after generation." This is the true beauty of youth that has enabled them to play a vital role in any nation's development and prosperity. A nation that knows how to utilise its youth is making its way towards success.
However, what are the key factors that make the youths asset of a country? One can name several factors here, but education will come first undoubtedly, which builds the backbone of a nation and ensures a stronger foundation. This leads them to conduct research in various branches of knowledge, develop versatile careers, become successful businesspersons or entrepreneurs and thus pave the way of progress for their nation. In addition, if one considers all the factors mentioned above, i.e. education, research, startup-friendly ecosystem and business-friendly environment, then the East Asian country Japan, a true friend of Bangladesh, will secure its place among the toppers of the world.
At present, nearly one-third of our population belongs to the youth category, who dream of going abroad after graduation and make us proud by their potential. However, due to lack of proper guidance and knowledge, many of them fall behind the race and fail to achieve their dreams. Keeping all these real-life scenarios in mind, YSI Bangla Limited came forward to arrange the seminar on Initiate Your Career in Japan: Hands-on Introduction on June 16 at the permanent campus auditorium of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB).
