Youth\\\'s wrist severed in bomb explosion

MAGURA, May 10: A youth's wrist was severed in a bomb explosion in Magura Sunday morning.
The victim was identified as Tipu Sultan (35), son of Lalon Shikder of Vitashir village under Magura Sadar upazila.
Lalon Shikder said his son went to a sugarcane field in village Vitashir. During cutting sugarcane he mistakenly struck a live bomb lying in the field.
The bomb exploded severing his right wrist.
In a critical condition he was admitted to Magura sadar hospital. But as his condition deteriorated he was sent to Faridpur medical college hospital.
