Zainal Abedin joins BKB as GM

Eminent banker Md Zainal Abedin joined Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) as General Manager (GM) on August 17, says the bank in a statement.
Prior to his joining BKB, he was the GM of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank. He started his banking career at Karmasangsthan Bank as Principal Officer in 2000.
He completed BSC (Hon's) & MSC in Physics from the Chittagong University. He also completed MBA Degree in Finance & Banking.
He performed his duties and responsibilities successfully as General Manager (Admin) in Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank. He also performed as General Manager (Operation) and General Manager of Rajshahi Division (additional charge). He completed his banking diploma Part 1 & Part 2 successfully. He hailed from Gowainghat Upazila of Sylhet.
