Wednesday, 26 November 2014
Zimbabwe struggled to 148 after losing 7 wickets as they were chasing a target of 298 in the 3rd match of the 5-match ODI series in Mirpur on Wednesday. Earlier, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza struck twice to trigger collapse in Zimbabwe batting line-up followed by another hit by Rubel Hossain. The Tigers set a target of 298 for the tourists to win. Opener Anamul Haque secured 95 while Tamim Iqbal was run out for 40. A win for Bangladesh today will ensure their first ODI series victory against Zimbabwe in nearly four years. On the other hand, the third ODI is the visitors' last-chance to salvage some semblence of pride, according to a news agency.
