‘Khaleda\\\'s trial to be held within this tenure’

SHARIATPUR, Aug 2 (BSS): Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque said on Sunday trial of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia would be held under Special Tribunal during the tenure of this government for killing people and carrying out atrocities across the country.
"Begum Zia must be tried for killing people brutally by pouring petrol and hurling cocktails," he said while speaking at a view-exchange meeting after inaugurating a Freedom Fighter's Complex at Bangabandhu Municipality Super Market.
He said the next general polls will be held under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's government after tenure of the present government in 2019.
