‘Political stability, infrastructure key to foreign investment’

Speakers at a workshop in Dhaka on Thursday stressed curbing corruption, improving traffic situation and ensuring political stability to attract investment for the healthy growth of the country’s economy. They came up with the observation at a workshop titled, “Prospects of Bangladesh Economy: Infrastructural Challenges”, jointly organised by the Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) and business daily Bonik Barta at CIRDAP auditorium in the city, according to a news agency.
