‘Skilled human resource sine qua non for dev’

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Wednesday said skilled human resource is sine qua non to develop the overall socio-economic condition of the country. "Modern technology and skilled human resource have opened the door of prosperity in this world and we have to avail its advantages," he added. The minister was addressing the 7th Convocation of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) at Dhaka International Trade Fair Ground in city's Sher-e-Banglanagar, according to a news agency.
