’Elevated expressway work to begin in Sept’

Communications Minister Obaidul Quader on Thursday said the work on Dhaka Elevated Expressway will begin in September next. “It’s a priority project of the government. The Prime Minister put the project on fast-track considering its importance,” he said. The minister said this at a cheque distribution programme at city’s Setu Bhaban among those affected by the project, according to a news agency.
