ACME LABORATORIES HOLDS 49TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The ACME Laboratories Ltd was held virtually on Monday, where the shareholders approved a 35% cash dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Nagina Afzal Sinha, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Dr Jabilur Rahman Sinha, Jahanara Mizan Sinha, and Tasneem Sinha, Directors Tanveer Sinha, Sabrina Juned, Fahim Sinha, Independent Director as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) Das Deba Prashad, Independent Directors Ehsan Ul Fattah and Kazi Sanaul Hoq, Nominee Director Niranjan Chandra Debnath, and Company Secretary Masudur Rahman Bhuiyan were also present.
