AGRANI SME FINANCING COMPANY HOLDS 3RD EGM

The 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Agrani SME Financing Company Limited, a non-banking financial institution owned by Agrani Bank PLC, was held at the Boardroom of the bank's head office on Sunday. The meeting was chaired by the company's Chairman and Managing Director of Agrani Bank Mohammad Anwarul Islam. Director of Agrani Bank Kabirul Izdani Khan, the company's directors and Deputy Managing Directors of Agrani Bank Tahmina Akhtar and Dipak Biswas, the company's CEO Mohammad Zahidul Haque and Company Secretary Mahbubur Rahman attended the meeting.
