BRAC BANK'S YOUNG LEADERS GRADUATE

The first batch from BRAC Bank's branch young leaders programme has graduated to support the bank's expanding distribution network, driving operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric services. Over the course of a year, the young leaders completed training on branch operations, customer relationship management, compliance, governance, and responsible banking practices. The graduation ceremony titled 'Learner to Leader' was held at the bank's head office in the capital on Tuesday. Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, managing director & CEO, BRAC Bank, was present, along with members of the management committee and senior leaders.
