IFIC Bank promotes 88 officials in recognition of professional excellence

IFIC Bank has promoted 88 officials at various levels in recognition of their significant contributions to the institution's sustainable growth and achievement of strategic objectives. A ceremony titled "Celebrating Career Progression" was held recently at IFIC Tower in the capital. Managing Director of the bank, Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the Senior Management Team, formally handed over promotion letters to 33 officials. Additionally, promotion letters were delivered virtually to 55 more officials stationed at different branches and sub-branches across the country. It is noteworthy that IFIC Bank, following a transparent and employee-friendly policy framework, has promoted a total of 275 officials until March this year, prioritising merit- and performance-based career advancement.
