MTB HOSTS TRADE-BASED FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE CONFERENCE

Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) arranged its Annual Trade Based Financial Compliance Conference 2025 on Saturday to create awareness on key deliverables for prevention of trade-based money laundering. The conference was held for MTB officials relevant to trade servicing from branches and corporate head offices. Over 100 participants attended in person, while around 300 others attended virtually. The event was graced by Syed Mahbubur Rahman, MD & CEO of MTB, as chief guest. Dr. Shah Md. Ahsan Habib, professor, selection grade, Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) participated at the conference as guest lecturer.
